If you are being sued for debt collection in Alabama, we can help.  Contact us for a free consultation.

We have successfully defended numerous clients after they were sued by a creditor or debt buyer.

Don't let the debt collector win by default...fight back.  If you have been served with a Summons & Complaint, you only have a limited of time to file an Answer.

If you are going to defend yourself, it is important that you answer the summons. Contact our law firm to arrange a free consultation at our office in Birmingham.

Debtor’s rights lawyers Matt Dunaway and Elizabeth Johnson take the time, at these consultations, to discuss the necessary response to a lawsuit:

The creditor’s lawsuit may be illegal harassment and you may want to file a counter-suit.

If you owe the money, you may decide to file Chapter 7 or Chapter 13 Bankruptcy.

Contact our office in Birmingham and speak to a debtors’ rights attorney for advice. There is no charge for a consultation with one of our lawyers.
